After a successful career as a professional baseball player and a member of the American and the New York Stock Exchange, I then followed my dream and became a professional golfer. Unfortunately injuries ended my playing career after just 2 years, but opened the door into teaching.
I have been teaching full time for 25 years, the last 16 years as a local professional in the Mercer County area helping students from young beginners to tour professionals. As a Master Teaching Professional, many of my students have gone on to play college golf. Several of my students have entered the PGM program in college and I'm very proud to announce that Matthew Callahan and Nick Monticello have become full members of the PGA of America and are now Head Professionals. Jake Murphy Ranked in the top 25 College Golfers in the Nation. Another honor I was given this year, was being named Head Coach of the Norte Dame Varsity Girls Team. I have also served as the Director of Golf Instruction for The First Tee Of Greater Trenton Area.
